It's now day three after an intense CrossFit session and I still walk like the giraffe above. My legs are completely killing me. My quads are absolutely killing me, in particular the vastus medialis on both legs. I did perform more squats than I ever have before. I've just had to rest up, lightly mobilise my legs and eat and sleep well so no chance to do any further exercises.
